Trip planning questions.

When should I book my trip?

Do I need a visa for Argentina?
+
Citizens of the US, Canada and most EU countries do not currently need a visa for tourist travel to Argentina. Confirm requirements for your nationality before booking. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.
Can I bring my own shotgun?
+
Yes. NP Outdoors handles the firearm import paperwork and provides guidance on documentation requirements. If you prefer not to travel with a firearm, quality rental shotguns (Beretta and Benelli) are available at both lodges.
What currency should I bring?
+
USD is widely used in Argentina's tourism sector and accepted by NP Outdoors. We'll advise on current exchange recommendations and tipping conventions before your trip. Most guests bring USD cash for incidentals and gratuities.
Is travel insurance recommended?
+
Yes — NP Outdoors strongly recommends comprehensive travel and medical insurance for all international guests. Coverage should include trip cancellation, baggage protection and medical emergencies including evacuation.
